Junior Bookkeeper

Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated and numerically strong Junior Bookkeeper to support our finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Process and capture supplier invoices, receipts, and payments accurately Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular reputed company Maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors Assist with VAT preparation and reconciliation Process expense claims and ensure supporting documentation is in order Support the senior bookkeeper with month-end procedures Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records in the reputed company system Qualifications and Experience 1+ year of bookkeeping experience or recent relevant qualification Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, or Pastel reputed company software Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of VAT, debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Eager to learn and reputed company reputed company a remote finance environment Reliable and self-motivated with good time management Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping or reputed company required Salary: R18,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
