Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate design, with reputed company, the efficiency and effectiveness of IT and operational processes, and internal control effectiveness. Qualifications

The ideal person is available to work 30-40 hours on a project reputed company. Preferably with CISA certification. General Understanding of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, SOX, risk and controls standards, and business process best practices.
