Regional Finance Director
The Five Star Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Regional Finance Director to reputed company and reputed company strategic leadership for the finance departments across multiple dealerships in our Ohio and Indiana locations. This leadership role is responsible for maximizing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and guiding finance teams to deliver exceptional results in alignment with dealership goals. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics including P&L statements, forecasting, budgeting, and expense management Collaborate with General Managers, Sales Directors and department heads to ensure financial objectives are achieved reputed company the F&I operations to ensure compliance, profitability, and efficiency Ensure adherence to reputed company regulatory and legal requirements reputed company to financial transactions and documentation reputed company and implement consistent finance policies, procedures, and best practices reputed company training, mentorship, and performance management for finance managers and staff Maintain relationships with lending institutions, vendors, and partners to support F&I operations Prepare and present regular financial reports to executive and operational leadership The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealership finance operations. 3 years of experience in Senior Leadership Role in Automotive Dealership Environment Impeccable Job Performance and History showing excellent decision making as reputed company as superior leadership and personal reputed company Proven reputed company in overseeing multi-location dealership financial performance Strong knowledge of automotive F&I regulations, compliance, and industry best practices Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds) and financial reporting tools Valid reputed company’s license and clean driving record
