Who We’re Looking For At reputed company, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to delivering life‑changing medicines to patients around the world. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our Controllership team supporting LATAM entities. This home‑based role can be located in any location of Argentina, and plays a critical leadership role reputed company reputed company, global operations. - Prepare and maintain General Ledger journal entries with appropriate documentation and audit trails
- Own key aspects of the monthly reputed company process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy of balance sheet and P&L accounts under US GAAP and Local GAAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support statutory financial statement preparation and GAAP reconciliations
- Partner cross-functionally to manage intercompany transactions and closing activities
- Assist with audits and preparation of reporting packages for leadership
- Support tax filings including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and withholding taxes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions

Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company or Record-to-Report processes, which includes preparation and maintenance of the General Ledger
- Strong analytical reputed company with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to be flexible and have an interest in working with atomization systems, (AI tools) and other process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred)
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
- English advance proficiency required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- reputed company certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) preferred
