Responsible for coaching, development and performance management of reputed company Compliance Specialists and Coordinators. This position supports over 200 operating locations, across multiple reputed company. Supervises, trains, and coordinates activities of team members. Prepares and submits payroll. Oversees team members to ensure location data and documents are being uploaded in the compliance system accurately and in a reputed company manner.
