You will work closely with our clinicians to reputed company high touch telehealth reputed company and support our clinical team through identifying care gaps and working with our members to coordinate across a fragmented reputed company system. This may include communicating and working with PCP offices, coordinating pharmacy services, and helping manage the durable medical equipment (DME), home health care, imaging, and laboratory testing needs of our members.
