Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Recruit Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) for reputed company military health and performance programs. Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to support reputed company priorities and hiring initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. Certified Athletic Trainer (reputed company) credential strongly preferred. Prior experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, reputed company recruiter, or in a relationship-driven reputed company role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Interest in reputed company, reputed company, and career development. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
