EFS Automation Engineer
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement reputed company workflow automation, reputed company integrations, and AI-enabled operational systems. The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering and reputed company integration skills with experience building automation workflows across reputed company platforms, communication systems, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company infrastructure. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving operational inefficiencies through intelligent automation, orchestration, and modern AI tooling. You will be embedded reputed company the Engineering organization, and work closely with reputed company Financial Services (EFS) business team to automate workflows, reputed company reputed company platforms, and improve operational efficiency across customer and financial operations reputed company the EFS organization. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow automation and system integrations across reputed company reputed company platforms and internal systems. Build reputed company-reputed company automation services and event-driven workflows using modern reputed company platforms and reputed company. reputed company integrations involving communication systems, ticketing platforms, CRM/workflow systems, and operational tools. Implement secure OAuth-based authentication and reputed company reputed company control models. Build reputed company orchestration services, queue-based processing, retry handling, and monitoring capabilities. reputed company AI-assisted operational workflows including classification, routing, summarization, extraction, and response assistance. Design and maintain integration reputed company, webhooks, and asynchronous processing pipelines. Collaborate with operations, support, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver workflow improvements. Build observability, telemetry, audit logging, and operational reporting capabilities. Ensure automation solutions meet reputed company, compliance, governance, and reliability standards. reputed company modern AI development tools (CursorAI, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed. Required Qualifications
Proven experience building automation workflows, backend integrations, or orchestration services in reputed company-reputed company environments. Strong experience with REST reputed company, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven architectures. Experience with reputed company platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong integration engineering experience across reputed company platforms and reputed company applications. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and LLM-enabled operational systems. Experience implementing retry patterns, error handling, and resilient distributed systems. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
