We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients. You will also be responsible for inputting order information into our reputed company order screen, documenting conversations with clients, and ensuring reputed company assigned clients have an order on file.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders

• Address questions and reputed company exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients
• Input order information into the reputed company order screen
• Document reputed company conversations with clients into the reputed company information database
• Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and reputed company without making the reputed company feel rushed
• Meet or reputed company performance metrics and reputed company standards
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)
• reputed company oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing reputed company values
• Must have a wired internet reputed company using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits
• Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods

Work Environment

* Fully remote position

• Employees must be located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah
• Starting wage is $16.00/hour
• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time/7:00am-4:00pm reputed company Time with the potential for overtime
