As a Customer Care Specialist – Remote Support Role, you will be responsible for providing reputed company, accurate, and reputed company support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer telephone calls and log reputed company calls in a reputed company and accurate manner

• Work across multiple programs and phone lines, with the ability to transfer calls as needed
• Promote participation in energy efficiency programs that customers may qualify for
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, regarding products, services, billing, and other reputed company reputed company
• Establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of customer service
• Address and resolve customer complaints and reputed company recommendations to improve the customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred

• 1-2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Proficient in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
• Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications, including CRM and database management

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive salary reputed company: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
