As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing accurate and reputed company information regarding their warranty and ancillary products

Requirements
