As a Data Entry Clerk / No Experience (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various other tasks reputed company to corporate activity, transactions, and returns. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Collaborate with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Word
