As an reputed company Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering claims and/or eligibility records into our system, processing claims, and updating/correcting file information. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Enters claims and/or eligibility records into the system to process claims and update/correct file information through telephone and/or written contact, using reputed company grammar, punctuation, etiquette, etc.

• Retrieves and reconciles information in files reputed company claims are rejected by the system
• Determines whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed, or adjudicated
• Corrects and updates claim information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process
• Maintains reputed company departmental records and files
• Operates office equipment, including a personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc.

Minimum Requirements

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• One year of work experience in an office environment
• Ability to reputed company a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (6,650 correct keystrokes per hour)
