You will be expected to operate at pace, drive reputed company, and work closely with engineering teams building production-critical systems. End-to-End Delivery Leadership

• Own delivery across multiple engineering teams building fintech/banking platforms.
• Drive execution across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production.

Execution Under Pressure

• Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.

Technical Leadership

• Deeply understand and challenge:

-System architecture. -API strategies. -Event-driven and distributed systems. -Data pipelines and reconciliation flows.
