Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing premium service and building relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence
- Assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions
- Assisting customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
- Handling multiple chats at a time, ensuring reputed company and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time, or the ability to pass a typing test with 55 WPM
- Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team reputed company role, with a proven reputed company record of leadership and team management
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new information
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
