The Role
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers as they navigate our software and tax preparation solutions. You'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our users have a seamless experience with our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting
