As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members. Your primary duties will include:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company call center

- Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans is a plus
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, including Teams and reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work part-time hours, with a minimum of 4-5 hours per shift, between reputed company and 6pm Central Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience
- Experience with multiple customer service channels, including chat, text, and virtual assistant
