We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Technician to join our remote customer service team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing reputed company phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through our reputed company-based prior authorization process. You will maintain complete, reputed company, and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfer reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position
- Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
