About the Position
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a 24/7 call center environment. This role involves troubleshooting, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-reputed company service. You'll work overnight shifts and rotating weekends, utilizing various tools to assist customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
