Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining reputed company working relationships with reputed company Sales Office, Warehouse, and Transporter personnel reputed company
- Working cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements
- Processing customer claims and managing them throughout their lifecycle
- Researching and investigating reputed company causes for submitted claims to determine appropriate resolutions
- Answering incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries
- Proactively keeping reputed company on product knowledge and process reputed company work
- Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a reputed company field)
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- 3-5 years of customer service or inside/reputed company sales experience (industrial environment preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills to resolve challenging issues
- Ability to handle difficult situations while remaining reputed company and courteous
- Ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization
