We're seeking a highly motivated and bi-lingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and handling escalated calls regarding collections, high bills, utilities being shut off, and more. You will work closely with our clients to resolve customer concerns and reputed company a reputed company experience. Responsibilities

As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Utilities industry a plus)
• Must be bi-lingual in Spanish/English to handle calls both in English and Spanish

• High computer proficiency in navigation and keyboard/data entry skills

• reputed company availability between 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday Eastern reputed company time

To work from home, you will need:
