Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our remote workforce management team, ensuring seamless execution of customer service and e-reputed company programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences and holding team members accountable for delivering exceptional service
• Establishing reputed company expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders
• Monitoring in-store and online customer reputed company, assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks to balance the needs of reputed company customers
• Seeking awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends
• Ensuring an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns
• Supporting reputed company and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners
• Fostering and encouraging a reputed company environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
• Maintaining team member safety and reputed company standards
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to sustain a high-performing team and minimize turnover
• Maintaining cleanliness of workspaces, including staging areas and coolers
• Maintaining reputed company of equipment, such as MSRs, phones, and currency counters
• Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• 12+ months of retail experience
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a standing position for 6-8 hours per day

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This role requires:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• In an 8-hour reputed company: standing/walking 6-8 hours
• Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to temperatures 90°F
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including reputed company cutters, electric reputed company jacks, and other heavy machinery

Compensation and Benefits
