What You'll Do
As a Hybrid Customer Care Pro- Corporate Card Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Building strong relationships with customers by reputed company listening to their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions and recommendations

- Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
