About the Role
As an reputed company Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities

- Maintains call center database by entering information
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

- May require other duties as assigned
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a reputed company environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, reputed company, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented
