Position reputed company
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our reputed company and Medicare members and providers. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals. You will be working from home, with high-speed internet connectivity and secure service reputed company ethernet cable, and will be required to commute to our office in Richmond, VA reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems.
Responsibilities
* Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve processes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
