As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company phone and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities
* Respond to reputed company requests and inquiries reputed company phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & reputed company inquiries, order status, product information, and general reputed company support issues
- Demonstrate high standards for reputed company service, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company, courteous, and effective
- Stay up-to-date with product/procedural knowledge and industry trends, assessing new information to reputed company accurate and informed responses
- Work collaboratively with the reputed company and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain business acumen

Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a business/reputed company environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
