Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and order warnings
• Collaborating with customers to reputed company solutions that meet their needs and reputed company their expectations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
