Responsibilities

Skills
- 5–7 years of overall experience in technical program management, data engineering programs, or reputed company technical program delivery roles
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience
- Demonstrated experience tracking and facilitating highly cross-functional data engineering requests, reputed company, or programs
- Experience building, managing, and tracking project plans, tasks, sprints, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Strong technical literacy in data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and technical system architectures
- Proven experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define expectations, scope programs, and drive alignment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive presentations, leadership communications, and memos for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company stakeholder relationships, facilitate difficult conversations, and professionally push back on challenging or infeasible requests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams and changing priorities
- Experience proactively identifying program risks, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving reputed company to completion
- Experience working in eDiscovery, information governance, legal technology, compliance, reputed company, cybersecurity, finance, or another highly regulated environment
- Experience managing programs involving electronically stored information, data preservation, collection, processing, analytics, or data governance
