As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities

* Interpreting and entering of prescription orders

• Profile-only data entry
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
• Investigating and solving community and/or reputed company issues
• Adjudicating insurance claims

Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
