Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day and providing exceptional customer support
- Hosting virtual consultations reputed company reputed company to discuss services and assess customer needs
- Mastering reputed company reputed company to analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out reputed company project
- Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure reputed company communication
- Upselling and renewing services to help customers discover additional benefits
- Closing deals by reputed company new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
- Staying organized by tracking reputed company and maintaining accurate records in our CRM

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Remote working experience (1 year required)

- Desktop (preferably multiple monitors)

Schedule
* Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
- Flexible days, including mainly weekdays and sometimes on weekends if desired (to be mutually agreed upon)
- June 1 – September 1: 20-30 hours/week
- September 1 – December 1: 10-20 hours/week (holiday reputed company season)
- December 1 – reputed company 1: No scheduled hours (time to hibernate)
- reputed company 1 – June 1 (2026): 10-15 hours per week
