About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Billing Specialist to join reputed company on a 6-month maternity leave cover contract, with the potential to reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, accurate, and delightful billing experience. You'll work closely with our Sales, reputed company, Support, and Finance teams to manage everything from invoicing to payments to vendor forms.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Billing Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing reputed company operations: create new customers and subscriptions, issue invoices, handle disputes, and monitor unusual activity.
• Setting up and maintaining Chargebee records: assist reputed company Managers with renewals, support Account Executives with new customer setups, and reputed company reputed company debit payment arrangements.
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable: generate weekly reports, reputed company outstanding invoices, and collaborate with CSMs to follow up with overdue customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on AR to support weekly cash reputed company analysis.
• Providing reputed company and thoughtful responses to customer queries reputed company the billing inbox.
• Taking ownership of the Billing reputed company channel, helping resolve reputed company billing-reputed company support cases with the Support Team.
• Drafting and submitting vendor forms reputed company required by customers.
