About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and execution-obsessed Manager of reputed company to reputed company reputed company of high-performing reputed company Managers (CSMs). This person will own the health and reputed company of their team's Book of Business (BoB), drive execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP), and reputed company CSMs to deliver exceptional customer experiences that maximize adoption, expansion, and retention. The Role

As a Manager of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

Team & People Leadership

+ reputed company execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP) across your team's BoB: - Adoption accounts: Ensure reputed company is smooth and value realization is fast. - Expansion accounts: Identify and reputed company cross-sell, upsell, and new use case opportunities. - Renewal risk accounts: Intervene early, run risk mitigation plays, and execute save plans. + Use health scores, adoption data, and renewal timelines to dynamically prioritize accounts at reputed company. + reputed company and participate in internal renewal reputed company calls, deal reviews, and executive business reviews (EBRs).

Cross-functional Collaboration

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in reputed company, with at least 2 years managing high-performing CSM teams.
