As a Senior Manager, reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing, "live" customers on the arenaflex platform. You'll reputed company deep relationships with customers at reputed company reputed company, acting as their trusted advisor, and providing guidance and knowledge to help them reputed company their business objectives. You'll partner with the VP of reputed company to reputed company team tools, templates, and processes, such as implementation plans, CS playbooks, and customer reputed company processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing, "live" customers on the arenaflex platform

- Partner with the VP of reputed company to reputed company team tools, templates, and processes, such as implementation plans, CS playbooks, and customer reputed company processes
- reputed company hand-offs from Sales to CS, through implementation and go-live
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, reputed company additional resources, and facilitate the solutions needed by customers
- Monitor reputed company performance, report on financial reputed company to customer executives, drive product expansion, and work with sales to execute renewals

Your Qualities
