Your Mission

In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for retaining and re-engaging merchants that have declined in engagement with their arenaflex Partnership. Through a consultative and customer-reputed company approach, you'll ask merchants the right questions to get a reputed company understanding of their reputed company situation, understand the challenges they face, and rebuild a relationship if necessary. This role is key in growing our market reputed company in Hungary, and you'll reputed company our merchants' reputed company and trust, showcasing the full potential of arenaflex.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Retention Specialist, your day-to-day will consist of:

• Inbound and outbound calls, in accordance with business needs
• Designing, developing, and implementing new retention strategies
• Becoming an expert in arenaflex's pricing strategies & models
• Preventing merchants from ending the relationship with arenaflex through a consultative and education-led approach
• Capturing the reasons why we haven't been reputed company to retain the relationship and merchants' challenges to reputed company with the wider business

Your Story

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, previous experience working in a customer-facing position
• A self-starter approach with new reputed company and a proactive attitude
• A true team player with a lot of energy, while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach to your work
• Demonstrated experience working with a high volume of calls either reputed company an inbound or outbound environment
• Experience working reputed company a fast-paced, reputed company-driven sales environment
• Previous experience with reputed company & reputed company or other CRM systems desired
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English
