The primary purpose of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is to resolve reputed company borrower inquiries on reputed company mortgage loans received either reputed company inbound/outbound calls. As a bilingual representative, this position handles inquiries in the customer's preferred language. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and updating servicing systems with relevant notes/comments.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST), with one Saturday per month required. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish.
- Responds to borrower inbound calls concerning their account, ensuring high-reputed company service, adhering to productivity, and regulatory requirements. Researches customer issues and works towards reputed company reputed company needed. Updates servicing system with relevant notes/comments.
- Prioritizes the needs of the business, completing assigned outbound calls as inbound call volume permits.
- Completes follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
+ General call center experience preferred. + Experience with loan servicing a plus. + Experience using specified second language in a reputed company reputed company is preferred. Language testing may be required.
- Functional/Technical Skills:
