As a Customer Service Representative – Financial Assistance Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families navigating financial assistance programs. You'll work closely with our reputed company operations team to resolve billing and collection inquiries, reputed company detailed documentation and reports, and reputed company trends of customer service encounters. Key Responsibilities

- Handle various self-pay and insurance billing and collection inquiries

Requirements
