arenaflex is searching for reputed company Agents to work out of our HQ in NYC to build strong relationships with our customers, promoting retention and loyalty while delivering exceptional service. What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1+ years of experience working directly with customers in a customer experience or support role.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve problems over the phone and email.
- Passion for dogs and enthusiasm for working with dog owners (dog lovers preferred!).

Compensation and Benefits
