Your Role
As our Director, Strategic reputed company, you'll reputed company a high-performing team of 6-8 Strategic reputed company Managers (CSMs) who work closely with CIOs and Business leaders at Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and ROI measurement, while delivering on reputed company targets. You'll be an reputed company field leader, working closely with your team to improve existing processes and help arenaflex improve how we work with strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver against aggressive but attainable Net reputed company Retention (NRR) and Gross reputed company Retention (GRR) targets to continue building and developing arenaflex's reputed company with strategic customers
- Drive CSMs to effectively reputed company customers through a defined reputed company delivery methodology
- Hire and reputed company CSM talent reputed company with our connect/challenge/own company values, creating personal development plans for reputed company individual contributor to grow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Solutions architecture, and Product, to reputed company solutions that drive meaningful business value for our customers
