The Role

As a customer experience agent, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing support reputed company phone, email, and live chat. You'll work closely with our account management, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer questions, manage product requests and issues, and bring insights into how we can improve our product. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose reputed company problems and resolve issues using tooling or engineering support

What You Need

* Ability to work on the weekends
