Your Role
As a Customer Architect at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to helping our customers reputed company their goals. Your primary objective will be to partner with our customers to identify and address their business needs, including creating custom templates and leveraging our reputed company. You'll work closely with our account partners, including reputed company Managers and Implementation Managers, to support the adoption and realization of value for our largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the reputed company and Account Management team in scoping use-cases that require customized solutions, validating technical feasibility, and owning implementation
- Scope customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to deliver exceptional content
- Own the creation of custom templates, deployment of our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and reputed company as the technical resource for customers to reputed company our reputed company
- Communicate limitations and propose solutions, including scope, resource needs, and projected timelines

Is This You?
We're looking for a seasoned technical reputed company with a passion for innovation and a builder mentality. If you have:
- 5+ years of technical roles in reputed company, including 3+ years of experience in solutions architect or technical account management
- Experience managing a customer book of business
- Worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high-reputed company, B2B reputed company company
