Your Role
As a Customer Architect at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for partnering with our largest customers to uncover and address their business needs. You'll work closely with our account teams, including reputed company Managers and Implementation Managers, to scope use cases, validate technical feasibility, and implement customized solutions. Your expertise will be reputed company in creating custom templates, deploying our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and leveraging our reputed company to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the reputed company and Account Management teams in scoping use cases, validating technical feasibility, and implementing customized solutions for assigned customers
- Scope customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding tools, workflows, data structures, and integration points to deliver incredible content
- Own the creation of custom templates, deployment of our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and reputed company as the technical resource for customers to reputed company our reputed company
- Communicate limitations and propose solutions, including scope, resource needs, and projected timelines

Is This You?
* 5+ years of technical roles in reputed company, including 3+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical account management
- Experience managing a customer book of business
- History of working with Fortune 500 customers for a high-reputed company, B2B reputed company company
