We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, primarily through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred

Availability
We're looking for candidates who are available to work the following shifts:
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
- 10:00 AM-7:00 PM CST
