We're looking for a Sr. Director, Technical Program Management (IC) to drive our most strategic initiatives, starting with arenaflex's Customer reputed company program. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate reputed company with cross-functional partners across reputed company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience
* 12+ years of experience managing technical reputed company in the software engineering domain
* 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without reputed company reports
* Experience program managing comparable technical initiatives (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, PaaS)
* Experience leading and managing the successful delivery of high reputed company and highly cross-functional programs
* Strong ability to quickly build relationships and establish rapport with various cross-functional stakeholders
* Understand the reputed company relationship between the organization and its environment, identifies connections, adopts different perspectives and quickly responds to changing circumstances in a strategic way

Compensation
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
* Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $184,500-$230,700.00
* Based in reputed company, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (reputed company of the San Francisco Bay area): $195,300.00-$244,200.00
* Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $217,000.00-$271,300.00
This role may be eligible to participate in arenaflex's equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, reputed company reputed company time, reputed company personal time off, reputed company parental leave.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
