The Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on new product features and improvements, identifying isolated customer experiences, and escalating important issues.
Key Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
