Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service & E-reputed company Associate Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading and executing the Customer Service & E-reputed company programs at your assigned store. This includes:

• Delivering outstanding customer experience and holding reputed company Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service
• Establishing reputed company expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders
• Monitoring in-store and online customer reputed company, assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks, and balancing the needs of reputed company customers
• Monitoring the schedule to maintain in-store customer needs, online order reputed company, and reputed company of labor budget
• Sustaining strong knowledge and awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends
• Ensuring an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns
• Supporting reputed company and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, e.g., reputed company delivery drivers
• Fostering and encouraging a reputed company environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
• Maintaining Team Member safety and reputed company standards
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing Team and minimizes turnover
• Maintaining cleanliness of workspaces, including staging area and coolers

• Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience, including 6+ months of supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Team Members, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This role requires:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
