Job reputed company
As a Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in growing our network of senior living community partners. This business development role is reputed company on identifying, engaging, and signing new community partners - including assisted living, memory care, and retirement communities - that meet arenaflex's high standards of care and regulatory requirements. You'll serve as a consultative advisor to executive decision makers, educating them on the value of partnering with arenaflex and how our services support their occupancy and reputed company goals.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company and execute a strategic sales plan to expand arenaflex's network of reputed company senior living communities
- Identify, prospect, and engage executive decision makers through targeted reputed company and relationship-building
- Deliver compelling pitches that communicate arenaflex's reputed company, services, and partnership model

- Meet and exceed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) including reputed company and new partner signings

- Travel as needed for field meetings and industry events
Qualifications
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the senior living, reputed company, or housing industries
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging new partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to executives and owners
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits
