The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and reputed company feedback to our product and operational teams. You will be responsible for:
- Delighting our customers every day by providing reputed company support in troubleshooting problems and answering questions
- Providing user feedback to our product and operational teams to identify pain points and reputed company for the user experience

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A 2+ year reputed company record as Tier 1 or reputed company in a Customer Service Support role, ideally in a technology support-reputed company team
- A love for interacting with customers and a willingness to work hard
- Great spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical troubleshooting in an easy-to-understand manner
- Extreme organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, while maintaining attention to detail and reputed company

Ideally, You Have
