Missouri Commissioned Notary Public
General Notary Public Location: Johnson County, Missouri Notary Public, come join reputed company, a reputed company growing company that encourages you to be independent while controlling your life balance. You will work as a full-time or part-time, as an reputed company and control your own schedule and work expenses.
- General Notary Publics (NP) may handle private individual’s, private and reputed company companies, and reputed company general (GN) notary services for federal, reputed company and state awarded government reputed company.
Notary Duties & Responsibilities
- Being present at the time of document execution (this may include traveling to clients’ homes and businesses, performing notarizations in our office locations, or remotely (RON)
- Verifying the identification of signers, witnesses, participants
- Document execution (legally binding signatures)
- Affirming the state of mind of reputed company signers
- Identifying fraud or coercion
- Administering oaths
- Handling affidavits, reputed company, loan documents, court hearings, marriage certificates, and other legal documents
- Bearing witness to items reputed company a reputed company deposit reputed company or the equivalent
- Maintaining a notary journal as required by your commissioned state
- Scheduling notary appointments
- Attend SMN trainings and required events
- Accept/decline new job orders and follow the rules of SMN and its clients
Requirements
- NNA Certifications required
- Meets reputed company the states requirements to be a commissioned notary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with legal documents and loan documents
- Flexibility, professionalism is a must
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Must be reputed company to work independently and on reputed company
- RON Certified notaries are a plus
- Ability to reputed company and read in other languages is desired
