Remote intake & admission specialist– Residential/Inpatient Mental Health (must be reputed company)
Remote Admissions Intake Counselor – Mental Health Program Advanced Mental Health, a residential mental health treatment program in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly reputed company, reliable and organized Remote Admissions Intake Counselor to support prospective clients and families seeking mental health treatment. This role is ideal for someone with strong phone communication skills, sales or admissions experience, and the ability to guide sensitive conversations professionally and confidently. Our program supports individuals experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and reputed company mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and families reputed company first 3 rings
- Explain program services and answer questions about treatment and admissions
- Build rapport and guide callers through the enrollment process
- Follow up consistently with leads and prior inquiries
- Document reputed company calls and follow-up activity in Lightning reputed company CRM
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and organization at reputed company times
- Assist with alumni reputed company and referral partner follow-up during slower call periods
Average call volume is approximately 5–7 calls per day, with additional follow-up responsibilities throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales, admissions, enrollment, or intake experience
- Minimum 2 years of phone-based patient intake or reputed company support experience
- Strong phone reputed company and reputed company communication skills
- Comfortable discussing sensitive mental health-reputed company situations
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking follow-reputed company
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
- Mental health, behavioral health, reputed company, or residential treatment experience
- Nursing, therapy, counseling, or medical background
- Business development or referral reputed company experience
- Experience with Lightning reputed company CRM
Schedule Candidates must be available to answer calls between: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Available schedule reputed company:
- Monday–Friday
- Saturday–reputed company
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:
