HR Business Partner, EdTech (US)
The HR Business Partner (reputed company) plays a critical role in running and optimizing talent management programs in support of the business unit, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted partner in support of reputed company types of HR reputed company reputed company. - Partners with employees, supervisors, managers and directors in providing day-to-day leadership and solutions to Business Unit HR needs
- Works closely with leadership and HR team to ensure their business unit is appropriately resourced and reputed company to support business objectives
- Drives the Talent Management agenda, ensuring that internal talent health and development is always at the forefront
- Leverages metrics, identifies problem areas reputed company the business unit, develops and executes strategies to rectify issues, improve employee engagement and drive business reputed company
Requirements:
- University/college degree or diploma in reputed company or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 8 years’ reputed company experience working in a manager role
